VinaLupa was founded in early 2015 by Sommelier & Beverage Consultant Emily Harman. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we have honed our expertise through working with a wide range of restaurants, hotels, and bars. This deep industry knowledge enables us to equip businesses with the tools they need to elevate guest experiences, optimise wine sales and enhance team skills.

As an international beverage consultant, we offer end-to-end concept development, from initial ideation to full implementation. Our services include bespoke drink and cocktail creation, drink styling, and creative direction for beverage photo shoots. We also specialise in the curation of full scope of beverage offering from alcohol free drinks, spirit selection to coffee and tea procurement, ensuring that every aspect of your beverage program is meticulously crafted to meet your brand's unique identity and goals.

Our training approach is always tailored to the individual project and client. Our training offering can range from: beverage training, mixology skills, drink and wine service, wine list training and management, customer service, and product knowledge. Our engaging and educational sessions are customised to meet the specific needs of each business, ensuring that teams are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.

We have a proven track record in creating full beverage programs and concepts ensuring financially sound profit margins, and developing world-class training programs that not only educate teams but also improve staff retention. In addition to these services, we offer expert supplier management and support with staff recruitment.

Expanding our scope, VinaLupa collaborates with communication agencies to deliver wine education and seminars to the on-trade sector, and we also provide assistance in managing and curating wine events.
